We promise, there are real people behind the contact form, and our intent with filling out the form is just to make sure when one of our amazing Rider Support team is sick or goes on vacation, another team member can jump in and take care of you.

And, okay, we admit, that's a long explanation, but in this age of robots and AI and flying saucers (well, maybe not that far), filling out a contact form can feel a bit soulless.
